I must admit; I am feeling a bit under the weather this week. I am finding it hard to come up with a menu this week that seems truly appealing. I am going to keep things simple and see how I feel as the week progresses. Have you ever had one of those weeks? Monday: Butternut Squash Soup and Salad
Tuesday: Grilled cheese and tomato soup (and Goldfish crackers for the kids to float in their soup)
Wednesday: Eggs, Toast and Turkey Bacon
Thursday: Morningstar Farms Chick Patties on Light Hamburger Buns with Roasted Red Pepper Spread, Salad
Friday: Pizza
