Starting the week with a fever and sore throat so I’ve decided I will keep the meals simple and quick since I am not sure if or what I will feel like eating. I just hope I can get over to the doc today to get some medicine so I get get rid of this quick. I have already put in two good days of feeling terrible. Enough already! LOL
Monday – Light Hot dogs on Light Hot dog buns, mac and cheese (which I will skip), carrots and dip
Tuesday – Veal Parmigiana Patties, Healthy Harvest Egg Noodles, Peas
Wednesday – Turkey Joes on Light Hamburger Buns, Baked French Fries, salad
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Pizza
