Halloween is just a few short days away, and my kids are so pumped about heading out to trick-or-treat (that is – if this Frankenstorm we are prepping for does not spoil our plans). Check out this fun trick-or-treat bag our family received, compliments of Shutterfly. That’s right – this year Shutterfly has partnered with Disney’s current Halloween – inspired movie, Frankenweenie to create these super fun trick-or-treat bags:
Since I have two kids and one bag, I decided this would be perfect to fill with treats to give out to my little trick-or-treating neighbors. Shutterfly actually has a neat option for these DIY treat bags that enable you to add any picture or pictures you wish to the bags. How cute would it be to take pictures of your kids at the pumpkin patch or in their Halloween costumes this year and make personalized bags that they can use to trick or treat with next year? These bags are super soft and easy to fold, too, which makes it easy for parents to fold and stash in their pocket or pocketbook. Even better – they are also water resistant, machine washable and can hold up to 50 pounds! Now that is ALOT of candy!
