Monday – Turkey Kielbasa with Beer and Sauerkraut made in Slow Cooker, Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni, steamed veggies
Tuesday – Melt in Your Mouth Chicken (my Pinterest trial recipe of the week) – I plan to substitute Greek Yogurt for the Mayo to reduce calories and fat , Olive oil and Garlic Couscous, steamed Veggies
Wednesday – Baked Swai with Tomatoes, Brown Rice, Steamed Veggies
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Out to dinner with hubby!
