Monday – Meeting some Blogger friends for a fun happy hour at Bertucci’s in Springfield. Looking forward to sharing some Bertucci’s appetizers and menu items. Bertucci’s pizza is sooooo yummy!
Tuesday – Ground Turkey Tacos with all of the fixings
Wednesday – The kids have a swim meet so I will probably pack sandwiches and salads to go
Thursday – Crockpot BBQ shredded pork served on light hamburger buns, low fat homemade coleslaw
Friday – Swim Team Pasta Party at the pool
