In an effort to clean out the freezer, I am doing my best to limit how much I purchase this week. I try to do a freezer cleanout every few weeks to utilize food that has been hanging out in the freezer for a few weeks. Here is what I have planned this week…
Monday – Melt In Your Mouth Chicken ( I substitute plain greek yogurt for the mayo), Brown Rice, Steamed Veggies
Tuesday – My son has swim time trials so we will be packing ham and cheese sandwiches to go
Wednesday – Spaghetti and Mussels with red sauce, salad
Thursday – Baked Parmesan Tilapia, Baby Red Mashed Potatoes, steamed Veggies
Friday – Pizza (from freezer)
