What a blah start to the week with this cool damp rainy weather! I should have planned better when I food shopped on Friday afternoon and picked up items for soups stews and chili! Oh well – since I already shopped with some menu items in mind for the week, I’ll stick with my game plan and pray for some sunshine as the week presses on. Here is what is on our menu:
Sunday – Homemade Breaded Chicken Cutlets, homemade mashed golden potatoes, corn, applesauce
Monday – Turkey Kielbasa, Sauerkraut, Brown Sugar and Beer in the Slow Cooker served with leftover mashed potatoes and steamed cauliflower
Tuesday – Black Bean Spinach Enchiladas topped with light sour cream and chopped scallions
Wednesday – Ground Turkey Tacos with all of the fixins
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Pizza for the kids, Sushi for me and hubs
