Lansdowne Free Fair 2018
10 AM – 2 PM
at Lansdowne Landing, 30 North Lansdowne Avenue, Lansdowne, PA
WHAT IS IT? Similar to a community yard sale, but with one key difference – everything is FREE!
HOW DOES IT WORK? Bring (functioning!) unwanted or unused items between 10am & noon. Anyone is free to browse & take whatever they’d like – whether they brought something or not. No strings attached.
WHY? It’s a great way to clean out your basement & meet your neighbors at the same time! You might have just what your neighbor is looking for.
Items will be loosely organized by category and volunteers from the Buy Nothing Lansdowne, PA facebook group will be on hand to answer questions and keep things tidy.
Please, no broken items and no mattresses.
Please be mindful of the fact that this is an event meant to build community and think of your neighbors who will also be browsing. This is all done in kindness, and we hope attendees will act with that in mind.
Items leftover at 2pm at the end of the event will be donated to the RePurpose Shop in Lansdowne.
Remember – the Lansdowne Landing Community Potluck and Plant Swap will also be taking place at the Landing later the same evening, from 6pm to 9pm! So bring your finds home and then pop back over later on for more festivity.
