In honor of Earth Day, Target will once again be giving away FREE reusuable bags in stores to their first one million guests on Sunday April 17, 2011. You must make a purchase in order to receive a free tote. There is a limit of one tote per guest while supplies last. These have been known to go quick in the past, so be sure to arrive early if you would like to get one!
