On Saturday May 7th, starting at 1PM, Cradles to Crayons is hosting a Spring Greening Charity event at the Philadelphia Zoo. They are asking that patrons bring 1 to 2 bags of children’s clothing items to the event, which will be donated to homeless or low income families in our area. The zoo will also be collecting old cell phones to recycle as well. In return for their donations of clothing, guests will be able to purchase admission tickets to the zoo for just $7. The event runs until 3PM but guests may stay at the zoo until closing if desired.
