Let’s face it, we all have some sort of fantasties on some level or another. On experiment day seven, we come to learn that these fantasies are part of what they call our own unique “love map”. “What is a love map”, you ask? Basically our individual love maps are a culmination of desires and fantasies that drive our turn-ons and turn-offs. It includes everything from why you are attracted to a physical type to what you have done in the past and are willing to fulfill with your partner today.
At this point in the experiment, we should be comfortable enough (if we had not already been) to discuss these fantasies with each other. Opening up about these fantasties can create new excitement and contribute to a more enjoyable physical relationship.
The exercises in today’s experiment encouraged us to write down all of our erotically charged, memorable experiences and to discuss how we feel about these experiences today. Some things we were to focus on was if these things still excite us, what types of things we can do to fulfill each other’s desires and to be open with each other about how exactly each of us feels about them. Then we were to carry these feelings into a more private setting and let them take us where they may…
