Monday: Veal Parmigiana Patties with mashed potatoes and veggies
Tuesday: Eggs, Turkey Bacon or Turkey Sausage, wheat toast
Wednesday: Marinaded BBQ Chicken thighs on the grill, potatoes and onions grill packets and mixed veggies
Thursday: Healthy Harvest Spaghetti and Mussels in Red Sauce, Salad
Friday: Meeting up with a bunch of friends at the pool and will probably order out

Nice meal plan. I usually try to plan out my meals but this week my husband is out of town so it is just my kids and myself. We will probably eat the leftovers.
