Weekly meal planning not only helps you to stick to your budget but it also helps you to be more accountable for what you are eating. In many cases you end up with healthier, more balanced meals when you plan ahead. As a lifetime Weight Watchers member (not currently at my goal but working to get back to it), I need to make healthy choices so that I can stick to my daily points allowance. If you are currently following Weight Watchers or have any good, healthy family friendly favorite recipes you would like to share, please leave a comment or email me at delcodealdiva@yahoo.com . Here is what is cooking at our house this week (I usually use weekends to finish up leftovers or make something quick and simple):
Monday: Baked Coconut Crusted Tilapia, brown rice and a veggie medley
Tuesday: Weight Watchers Vegetable Lasagna, salad
Wednesday: Spinich and Garden Herb Tortilla Wrap with turkey, turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato and a drizzle of light ranch dressing
Thursday: Apple & Sage Pork Chops (Made with McCormick Recipe Inspirations), Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Veggie blend
Friday: Grilled Chicken Salad with balaslmic vinegarette for the adults, pizza for the kids
