This Saturday and Sunday, August 24th and 25th, Linvilla Orchards will be having their Apple Festival. Head out with your family for a fun filled day! Pick your own apples beginning at 8AM, and enjoy hayrides, children’s entertainment, games & contests, music and more! Games and prizes hosted by Officer Offbeat, the Juggling Jester of Justice, begin at 11:00 AM. Handyman Bob will be appearing at 11:30 AM, the Traveling Train at 1 PM, the Absorbant Sea Creature at 2:15 PM and Ultimate Kid Entertainer Bill Kerwood at 3:00 PM. There will also be a cooking demo by Food in Jars blogger Marisa McClellan at 4 pm. There will also be a pie eating contest with three age brackets: 6-10, 11-16, & 17 and over.
