Mark your calendars – on Friday, October 7, 2011 from 7:00pm – 10:00pm, two local area bloggers, Jess Delaware County Moms and Trina O’Boy! Organic, will be hosting the Second Annual Halloween Costume Swap and Moms Night Out at Swarthmore Community Center (715 Harvard Ave, Swarthmore, PA). This night is being held in conjunction with National Costume Swap Day. What a great way to pick out some costumes for your kids while cleaning out your old stash. Not only is it “green”, but it will surely save you some money this upcoming season. You are required to bring along a new or gently costume to swap in order to receive a new or gently used one.
And if that is not enough, the first 50 persons who walk through the door get a fabulous Swag Bag filled with wonderful products and discount offers!
In addition, you will have the opportunity to relax and partake in a fun Moms Night Out. Bring a bottle of wine to share if you like! There will be business and vendors on hand and some food samples to enjoy.
Also, if you have any new or gently used clothing that you are planning to part with, they will be doing a collection for Cradles to Crayons. You can read more about this wonderful local organization HERE.

Happy Swapping! If you do attend, please report back and let us know what you found!
Never heard of this before- what a great idea!
