Slow Cooker Stuffed PeppersIngredients:1 lb. lean Ground beef or turkeyWhole green, orange or red peppers1 can of condensed tomato soupKetchupCut stem off top of peppers and clean out seeds and insides.Slightly brown ground meat in pan on stove and drain off fat.Add 1 can of undiluted condensed tomato soup to meat
and mix thoroughly.Stuff ground meat mixture into peppers until full.
Top each pepper with ketchup to cover all exposed meat. Place peppers in crockpot.
