Slow Cooker Recipe of the Week: Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers

Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers
1 lb. lean Ground beef or turkey
Whole green, orange or red peppers
1 can of condensed tomato soup
Cut stem off top of peppers and clean out seeds and insides.
Slightly brown ground meat in pan on stove and drain off fat.

Add 1 can of undiluted condensed tomato soup to meat

and mix thoroughly. 

Stuff ground meat mixture into peppers until full.

Top each pepper with ketchup to cover all exposed meat. Place peppers in crockpot.

Cook on low about 4-5 hours.
