Run to Target at the Springfield Mall and stock up on kids Valentine cards for next year. At 90% off, most are ringing up between 25 and 30 cents per box. Some come with pencils, magnets or tattoos ad there were plenty left to go around. There are a few other Valentine items also marked down to 90% off but those are slim picking at this time.
