I began my DietBet with several local Philly Mom bloggers last Tuesday. (You can read my DietBet journey starting HERE.) Part of my goal is to plan all of my meals in advance to ensure healthy balanced meals that will hopefully keep me on track. With Valentine’s Day this week, Girls Weekend coming up this weekend and my husband’s 40th Birthday next week, I am going to have tons of temptation surrounding me. Hopefully I can resist the urge and keep on track. Here’s what’s planned this week:
Monday: Spaghetti Squash, Homemade Spaghetti Sauce in the Crockpot, Spinach & Garlic Chicken Sausage
Tuesday: Pan Seared Steak, Roasted Squash and Asparagus for me and the hubby, Heart Shaped Pizza from Emilio’s Pizza in Folsom for the kids (delicious pizza – and we’ve been ordering them for the kids every year since Emilio’s opened)
Wednesday: Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Peas
Thursday: Chicken Caesar Wraps made with leftover Chicken
Friday: Heading to the shore for a Girls Weekend – Going to dinner with the girls
