Monday – Chicken Stir Fry (made in my ActiFry…stay tuned for my review AND a giveaway this week) served over brown rice (Swim lessons at 4, Baseball game at 6 – my kids sure do keep me busy!)
Tuesday – Nelson’s BBQ Fundraiser 1/2 chicken meals and I will make some steamed veggies as a side (Another swim clinic day from 4 – 5…every night is a challenge at dinnertime these days!)
Wednesday – Steak on the Grill, Baked Potatoes, Steamed veggies
Thursday – Spaghetti and Mussels, salad (last day of swim clinic afterschool)
Friday – Baked Parmesan Tilapia, Sweet Potato fries (made in my ActiFry), steamed veggies
