It seems to be another one of those weeks where I am on the run almost every day at dinnertime! Time to get a little creative with some quick and portable meals.
Monday – Tuna Sandwiches on Honey Wheat Sandwich Thins topped with lettuce and tomato
Tuesday – Weight Watchers Lasagna
Wednesday – Spinach Wrap with Turkey, Turkey Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avacado and Light Ranch Dressing
Thursday – Baked Garlic and Herb Chicken, Brown Rice, Steamed Veggies
Friday – Pizza and salad
