A few weeks ago, the nice people over at Farm Rich products contacted me to see if I would be interested in doing a review. Of course I was happy to oblige. With the kids home for the summer, I am always looking for new and easy snacks to keep around the house for the family.
I was sent complimentary coupons to purchase two products of my choosing. I decided on the Cheese Sticks and the Stuffed Pretzel Bites.
Since we were having a get together on Father’s Day, I thought what better a way to get some opinions of the products than to serve them to all of the guys in the family. Let’s just say they were a HUGE hit. Simple to prepare, you just open the bag, place on a cookie sheet and bake according to directions. I like that the bag comes with a resealable tab so if you only want to prepare a few pieces at one time, the bag is easy enough to open and reseal as many times as you need.
The products took just minutes to prepare and came out looking perfectly crisp and smelling delicious. I prepared a side of marinara sauce for dipping as well as some spicy mustard for the pretzels. The guys couldn’t get enough of them; they were devoured almost as fast as they were to prepare!
I love that the cheese inside the cheese sticks was fresh tasting, all natural and made with 100% mozzarella. Sadly to say, I have tasted other cheese sticks that were obviously made with imitation cheeses and they could never stand up to the quality of these cheese sticks. These had an undeniably fresh flavor that everyone loved – and the seasoning and crispness were perfect! The pretzel bites were steamy, gooey cheese filled pillows of deliciousness, crispy on the outside yet soft and perfectly chewy within. Simple and fresh – You can help but love that!
I can definitely see purchasing these not only for everyday snacking but to keep on hand for unexpected guests or for a fun get together on our deck this summer.
