Tuesday: Morningstar Farms Chicken Patties topped with Trader Joe’s Roasted Red Pepper Spread and Light Provolone Cheese on Hambuger Buns and a cucumber side salad
Wednesday: Beer Can Chicken on the Grill, Mashed Baby Red Potatoes, Steamed Veggies
Thursday: Turkey Sloppy Joes on Light Hamburger Buns, Baby Carrots with Ranch dressing
Friday: Skillet Crisp Tilapia, Brown Rice, Steamed Veggies (Never ended up making this last week; went to dinner instead)
