Tuesday – Baked Swai Fish (topped with a sprinkle of balsalmic vinegar, chopped sweet onions, Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb, Italian Style Diced Tomatoes and Lemon Slices), Brown Rice, Steamed Veggies
Wednesday – Breakfast for Dinner – Veggie Omelets, Hash Brown Potatoes, Turkey Sausage Links
Thursday – Morningstar Farms Chick Patties topped with Trader Joe’s Roasted Red Pepper Spread and Light Provolone on Light Hamburger Buns
Friday – Tuna Melts, Salad
