Monday: Dole Endless Summer Salad topped with Smoked Chicken served with a side of tomato soup
Tuesday: Honeybaked Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, Steamed Vegetables
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Seafood Jambalaya (to add my own spin on this, I substitute Turkey kielbasa for the chorizo and add a generous scoop of Trader Joe’s frozen roasted corn during the last hour of cooking) served over brown rice
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Baked tilapia, Garlic and herb couscous, steamed vegetables
