As you know, I am big on menu planning and I love to cook. Utilizing GREBLON — a natural ceramic coating from Germany, the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is one of the world’s first frying pans to achieve non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of PTFE, PFOA and other harmful chemicals. This pan is seriously one of the best pans I have ever used. It does everything it is suppose to and makes cooking a pleasure. Food cooks evenly with little to no oil and I have not had any issues with sticking at all, making clean up quick and easy every meal. So far I have cooked eggs, chicken, fish, burgers and ground turkey. Everything I have made so far has come out tasting perfect. I went ahead and let some marsala sauce from the chicken I cooked sit in the pan overnight. The next morning I was still able to clean the pan thoroughly without much effort at all – no soaking needed. This is definitely a must in this busy Mom’s kitchen!
In addition, the pan is lightweight and easy to handle. The ergonomic design of the handle also makes handling the pan comfortable and much easier – and I did not have any issues with the handle becoming hot when cooking. Both of my kids were crazy about the fun green color of the pan too – and could not wait to help me cook in it!
