Freezer cleanout week! Making dinners with food I already have on hand. Great way to save a few dollars and create some space for when I go shopping again next week!
Monday – Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, Au Gratin Potatoes, Steamed Veggies
Tuesday – Turkey Sausage, Peppers and Onions with Spaghetti Sauce served with rice or noodles (Made this last week and froze for dinner this week since my mother-in-law surprised us with a Shrimp and Peas in Light Alfredo dish that we served over some Ronzoni SmartTaste Penne)
Wednesday – Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole (I froze a batch of this last time I made it so this will be an easy, no prep dinner night)
Thursday – Eggplant Parmigiana for me and hubby, Stuffed Manicotti for the kids (I never ended up making this last week)
Friday – Date Night with my hubby

Sounds like a great menu plan! I always try to use what I have on hand, combined with what’s on sale for the week to make my menu plans. I love saving money!
