Sunday – Baked Salmon topped with a Mustard/Mayo mixture, roasted asparagus, baked potatoes
Monday – My husband and daughters are heading to Daddy Daughter Date Night at Chick-Fil-A of Lima so my son and I will be enjoying some Mommy-Son time with a quick and easy dinner at home
Tuesday – Eileen’s Easy One Pan Chicken, Roasted seasoned potatoes, steamed veggies
Wednesday – Heading over to my Dad’s after dinner to celebrate his birthday with a cake so dinner will be quick and easy – most likely sandwiches
Thursday – Ham Steaks, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed veggies
Friday – Pizza
