5 Fun Summer Activities for #Delco Kids

One of the things that is so great about Delaware County is the variety of events and activities that are available to local families. Whether you want to go to a local orchard, park, library or sign up for a sports camp, there are endless options. Here are a few of my top picks:

1) Go to story time at Linvilla Orchards. Did you know that Linvilla has a free storytime and craft for kids every Tuesday? Your child will hear a story featuring gardens, farming, animals and nature, then, children can create a special craft to take home! 4) Spend the day at Longwood Gardens. If you’ve been to Longwood Gardens before, you already know how spectacular it is. 5) Take advantage of free programs at your local library. Our local librarians have been busy planning summer-time events and there is something for everyone! Visiting your local library is also a great way to keep kids engaged with summer reading programs.
