You have decided it’s time to visit Walt Disney World.

So you can just book your trip and go, right? Well, you could, but you will not get all you can out of the experience and since Disney isn’t a cheap trip, you might want to plan it with someone who is an expert on the destination.

I want to let you know that I am a travel agent with Magical Moments Vacations, Authorized Disney Vacation Planners. I am an expert on the Disney parks and cruises. There is NEVER a fee to book with me. You would pay the same price as you would booking directly with Disney but you get all of these services and my expertise for no extra charge. I book your trip directly through Disney and Disney pays my agency through a built-in commission, so why not use my services?

Here’s a list of everything I do for you (for free) to help you have the best vacation possible:

I guide you through all the package options available for booking. There are 25+ resorts, 6 different dining plans, multiple ticket options and I help you narrow down exactly which would work for your family.

  1. I help you navigate the My Disney Experience website, registration, linking your reservations and help you with selecting your Magic Bands
  2. Disney requires you to make dining reservations 180 days in advance, I help you determine which restaurants you would enjoy and I am at the computer at 6 am on that 180-day mark to be sure you get all the dining experiences you wish.
  3. I stay on top of the current discounts and promotions, do the math to see which promotion could save you money and I gladly wait on hold for hours to apply the discount to your reservation so you don’t have to.
  4. At 60 days prior to check-in at midnight I am at my computer to get the most popular Fastpass+ reservations for you, otherwise you’ll be waiting for 4 hours to meet Anna and Elsa.

Prior to your travel dates, you receive a detailed itinerary including extra magic hours, park hours, parade and show times, dining reservations, Fastpass+ reservations, best ways to avoid lines, etc.

And remember, I do all this for free if you book your vacation with me, I work with you to be sure you and your family get the most value for your money and memories that last a lifetime.

  3. Disney seems to be overwhelming to try to plan on your own – this is definitely the better option!

  4. I am definitely calling you when we plan a trip for our boys in the next year or two. Do you have suggestions, Dana, on how old a baby should be to make it “fun” as a family (we have 2 older boys 5,3) We were thinking he should be 2…
