Upper Darby Summer Stage Presents “School House Rock Live, Jr.” – July 30th – August 1st {Ticket Giveaway}

Get ready to dance in your seats as Upper Darby Summer Stage presents “School House Rock, Live, Jr.!”  – The pop culture phenomenon at the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center! You may know the songs of the Emmy Award-winning 70s TV show School House Rock but not like this! On a camping trip in the forest a group of students and their teacher learn wonderful lessons from school with the unforgettable School House Rock songs like I’m Just a Bill, Three is a Magic Number, Lolly, Lolly, Lolly and Conjunction Junction! A great show with a special Summer Stage twist!

Performances are on July 30th at 10:30 am, July 31st at 10:30 am and 7:30 pm and on August 1st at 10:30 am.  School House Rock, Live, Jr is approximately 60 minutes and is ideal for ages 4 and up. Once again, this is a fun and affordable way to take the kids to a show and introduce them to the wonder and delight of onstage performances.

Tickets are just $7 – $10 and may be purchased at the Box Office, by calling 610.622.1189 or online at www.udpac.org. In addition, parking is free and easily accessible to the theater entrance.

For those with younger children, free babysitting is offered onsite at the theater for those too young to enjoy the show. Children are invited to come early for pre-show activities before the morning performances and stay after the show to meet the cast members! My kids absolutely loved the before and after activities when we have visited in the past and I am always so impressed at how the cast interacts with the children, answering their questions and thanking them for coming to the show.
