Disclosure: As a Purex Insider, I received Dial Baby Body and Hair Wash and Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash to facilitate this review. All opinions are 100% my own.
Did you know that Dial has an awesome line of kid and baby soaps? My husband and I are already big fans of Dial body washes and soaps so we were excited to hear about the new Dial kids line of products that are perfect for our children. Recently we were sent some Dial Baby Body and Hair Wash and Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash to sample so we can tell you all about these new products!
As a Mom and nurse, I am always meticulous about hand washing and encouraging my kids to do the same. By forming these good habits at a young age, they are learning how to protect themselves and others from the spread of germs, thus keeping everyone healthier and happier! Unfortunately I often find myself reminding the children to wash (as if they have forgotten to do so -ughhhh). I have tried every trick in the book from hanging signs in the bathroom and kitchen to singing with them as they wash, adding glitter to the hand soap to get them excited about “washing it off” to letting them blow soap bubbles as they wash. The one thing I found that seemed to get my own kids excited about washing is a scent they enjoy and if it happens to be foaming hand wash, they are inclined to use it even more! We decided to go ahead and put the Watermelon scented Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash to the test with our kids. So far they have enjoyed it! The colorful, kid friendly packaging combined with the fresh Watermelon-y scent and foam consistency has really grabbed their attention. What I love most is that it is pH balanced, hypoallergenic, contains no parabens and is formulated to clean skin without any harsh chemicals. Fun for the kids and good for the skin is a perfect combination in my book! Not to mention, my daughter was head over heels for the light, sweet, Water-Melony scent!
Next up, we received some Dial Baby Body and Hair Wash to sample. Although my daughter is 8-years-old, I often buy the two-in-one baby body and hair wash to use for quick showers after swimming at the pool. It’s easy to transport, gentle on her skin and serves two purposes – to use for washing her body and hair. The tear free, fragrance free, hypoallergenic formula is ph balanced, contains no parabens and is safe for babies as young as 0-2 years old. I found that the Dial Baby Body and Hair Wash lathers easily, gently cleaning skin and hair and easily washing away leaving no visible residue behind. Skin and hair are left soft, fresh and squeaky clean. I will add – on days that my daughter has been playing extra hard or had a long swim, I found that although it worked great to clean her skin and body, I did find that the unscented product did not clean as well on her hair as I would have liked. I assume that perhaps being that this gentle product is formulated for babies and toddlers 0-2, it would be perfect for thinner, baby fine hair much more than my daughters thick, curly mane. Since Dial also makes a Hair and Body Wash for kids 6 and up that come in fun scents such as Watery Melon and Berry Cool, we will certainly be trying those the next time we shop! I love how convenient the two-in-one products are – especially on the go! And – I know my daughter is going to love the fun scents!

Melissa,
I am so sorry to hear that. We did not have issues with ours. Have you tried contacting Dial to express your concerns? I believe there is a contact number on the shampoo bottle or you can reach out to them by email on their website.
