With Memorial Day coming up this weekend, I don’t know about you, but I am so ready to dive into summer! My family and I had the pleasure of sampling the Limoncello Lemonade this past week (which I enjoyed with some frozen strawberries instead of ice cubes) and it was sweet and delicious! The Limoncello cookies were gone way too fast! (I think we may need a few more to sample). I kid you not – I could have eaten the whole box myself! This weekend I am looking forward to trying out the Limoncello pesto on my grilled chicken, which I plan to serve with a side of Limoncello risotto.
