I’ve decided to push through and try planning yet another week from my freezer and pantry. Dinner is pretty easy but this makes lunch planning a little harder, especially since there are not many leftovers from the meals I am making this week. I still love a good challenge so here it goes:
Monday – Leftover Chinese food (from my daughter’s birthday dinner on Sunday night) and a salad
Tuesday – Tuna fish sandwiches
Wednesday – Grilled filet mignon, Mashed baby red potatoes, steamed veggies
Thursday – Veal Parmigiana patties, buttered noodles, steamed veggies
Friday – Pizza
