We are starting to establish that back to school schedule and let me tell you – after school and evenings are just crazy! Both kids have full schedules of extra curriculars so I spend a good part of my late day in the car acting as taxi Mom! Anyone else feel my pain? I’m sure many of you understand! I’m still trying to figure out how to make the most of dinner time. Here’s what is planned this week.
Sunday – Homemade spaghetti and meatballs, side of Italian Bread
Monday – Hot dogs on a bun, salad
Tuesday – Tony Luke’s Italian Roast Pork Sandwich – The Real Deal (made in the slow cooker) topped with sautéed spinach and served on hamburger buns with a side of baby carrots and dip
Wednesday – Garlic and Herb Tilapia, baked potato, steamed veggies
Thursday – Gorton’s Smart & Crunchy Fish Sticks, oven baked French fries, steamed veggies
Friday – Garlic Chicken, Veggies and Pasta, side salad
