Swarthmore’s Annual HALLOWEEN TOTS PARADE – FREE

Kids 0 – 6 years (siblings welcome!) are invited to come dressed up in costume and enjoy parading through downtown, with Ms. Rosemary of SPNDS & WCo-op, and Ms. Allison of WOS & TCLR, to the delight of passersby’s and shop merchants ready to greet you with goodies for trick or treat. (Please no very scary costumes or weapons.) The starting point will be at THATCHER PARK, known as the “Tot Lot”, on Rutgers Avenue, just down from the post office. The parade will end in the Borough building with a fun story time provided Ms. Devon at the Swarthmore Public Library. If raining heavily please go directly to the library at 121 Park Ave, Swarthmore, PA 19063 for an indoor parade and story time

South Street Headhouse District invites you to join this unique procession will feature spectacular giant puppets, dancing skeletons, traditional Mexican music and strolling costumed spirits. The parade route begins at Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens (1020 South Street) and ends at Passyunk/South. After the parade, enjoy a day on South Street with your family. Free to participate. Lines start to form at 1pm, with parade taking off around 1:15pm.
