The kids have half days this week and winter concerts at school are starting which leaves little time for sit down dinners. To keep things simple, I am choosing meals that reheat easily and are quick to serve to help alleviate some of the dinnertime stress! Here’s what is planned…
Sunday – Homemade Spaghetti Sauce, Turkey Meatballs using this recipe (substituting ground turkey for the beef) and Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti served with crusty French bread
Monday – Veal Parmigiana Patties, Garlic and Olive Oil Couscous, Sweet Peas
Tuesday – Peppered Ham and Cheese sandwiches on a roll with kosher pickles
Wednesday – Breakfast for dinner – Eggs, turkey Breakfast sausage, hash browns
Thursday – Gorton’s Smart & Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets, baked French fries, baby carrots and dip
Friday – Pizza
