Another week of winter concerts at school and lots of extracurriculars. Once again I will be keeping things simple with little prep time and minimal clean up. I’m also looking to use up things I have on hand to make room in the fridge and freezer to stock up on items I will need for Christmas entertaining. I can’t believe there is only one week left until Christmas! Where did this year go??!!
Monday – Breakfast for dinner – Eggs, scrapple, hash browns
Tuesday – Choice of Peppered Ham or Turkey and Cheese sandwiches on a roll with kosher pickles
Wednesday – Shake ‘N Bake Buffalo Chicken (using boneless chicken breasts), Mashed Baby Reds, steamed veggies
Thursday – Mama’s Pizza Casserole (Substituting Ground Turkey for Hamburger meat and Turkey pepperoni – and using Healthy Harvest Egg Noodles)
Friday – Pizza for the kids, sushi for hubby and me
