Menu Plan Monday – What’s Cooking at Our House This Week

Hopefully everyone is back to their schedules today after being snowed in all weekend.  We spent a good part of the weekend cooking and baking, which made for some delicious meals!  Since I decided not to overstuff the freezer in case of a power outage (which thankfully did not happen), I’ve decided that instead of shopping this week, I am going to finish up much of what I have on hand in the fridge, freezer and pantry.  Over the weekend I made a huge pot of Maryland Crab Vegetable Soup which will be perfect for lunches.  Here’s what I have planned for dinners:

Saturday – We had spaghetti with homemade gravy, meatballs nirvana and a side of garlic bread

Sunday – We had Sticky Roast Chicken-Rotisserie Style (made in the slow cooker), stuffing and roasted butternut squash

Monday – Turkey Hot Dogs with sauerkraut on a hot dog bun served with a side of baked beans

TuesdayGorton’s Smart & Crunchy Fish Sticks, Baked French Fries, steamed veggies

Wednesday – Turkey Chili with a side of cornbread

Thursday – Peppered Ham and Cheese on a Kaiser roll with kosher pickles and a side of baked chips

Friday – Out to dinner with hubby
