Every week I see so many incredible dinner recipe videos floating around on Facebook and I have been craving all of them! There have been quite a few that have caught my eye using chicken thighs in the slow cooker so I am going to be trying out a few of them over the next few weeks and I’ll be sure to definitely let you know how that goes. In fact – the first one I am trting out on Monday night and it’s in the slow cooker at the moment and smells delicious! Here’s what else is planned for the week. Saturday – Breaded Flounder, sweet potato patties, roasted brussel sprouts
Sunday – Best Burgers Ever with Secret Sauce (made with extra lean ground beef) served on a bun with a side salad
Monday – Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs, quartered potatoes and fresh green beans in the slow cooker. I’m trying THIS RECIPE for the first time.
Tuesday – Melt in Your Mouth Chicken (I use plain greek yogurt instead of mayo to cut back on calories and fat), Pierogies, steamed veggies
Wednesday – Blueberry Pancakes and Turkey Sausage
Thursday – Eggplant Parmigiana for me and hubby, Stuffed Manicotti for the kids
Friday – Out to dinner
