I’m on a mission to clean out the frezzer again this week by using up which ever meats and veggies I have left on hand. Then I will have to hit teh grocery store again later this week or early next week to stock everything back up again. Here’s what I have planned from what I already have on hand:
Monday – Sloppy Maple-BBQ Turkey Joes served on a hamburger bun with a side salad
Tuesday Baked Parmesan Pork Chops (and chicken) (one thing I do differently with mine is that I lightly sprinkle all of the chops with Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning on both sides, place on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and and marinade in fridge all day or overnight – then when ready, I proceed with the linked recipe) mashed baby reds, steamed veggies
Wednesday – Grilled Italian Turkey Sausages, Pierogies, steamed veggies
Thursday – Baked fish, couscous, steamed veggies
Friday – Pizza
