It’s back to school week at our house! Time to get that crockpot out and the Pinterest recipes ready! Back to school comes with hectic schedules and crazy dinnertimes. I’m sad to see summer almost gone but excited for yummy fall recipes, crisp weather and weekends! Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday – Slow cooker pork roast topped with sauerkraut, a single serve applesauce and some brown sugar – Served with a side of broccoli and rice
Tuesday – Refrigerator clean out – sandwiches or leftovers
Wednesday – London Broil marinaded in Italian dressing and cooked on the grill with baked potatoes and steamed mixed veggies
Thursday – Rigatoni with Meatball Nirvana
Friday – Cranberry Chicken Salad from Swiss Farms for me and hubby, pizza for the kids
