After returning from almost 2 weeks of being away from home on vacation and trips including a visit to Maine and a week at the shore, it is time to get my menu plan back on track. Although I planned to shop after returning from vacation, the extreme heat combined with a bit of post vacation laziness has encouraged me to shop my freezer and pantry instead. With some leftover items from vacation combined with a few nights out this week, I have managed to scrape together a dinner plan for the week with things we already have on hand. Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday – Best Burger Recipe Ever with Secret Sauce served with a salad
Tuesday – Thin grilled chicken breasts (marinded in A1 Chicago Steakhouse Marinade) served with mashed potatoes and edamame
Wednesday – Meeting friends at Ariano for Dining Under the Stars in Media
Thursday – Attending Dinner en Blanc Philadelphia with my husband – So excited!!
Friday – Salads for me and hubby, pizza for the kids
