School is back in full swing and extra-curriculars are starting back up this week as well. Throw in some doctors visits, meetings and a back to school night and we pretty much have chaos every night this week around dinner time! Unfortunately we still have to eat! So I’m picking some quick meals as well as the assistance of my trusty slow cooker to get me through the hump. Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday – Homemade Cinnamon French Toast, turkey sausage and Orange Juice
Tuesday – Slow Cooker London Broil topped with a packet of onion soup mix and a can of cola (or diet cola), oven roasted cubed yellow potatoes, steamed veggies
Wednesday – Melt in Your Mouth Chicken, Rice, steamed veggies
Thursday – Turkey Hot Dogs, sauerkraut and French fries
Friday – Homemade grilled pizzas
