My freezer is loaded with meats and veggies so I’m skipping the store this week and making meals from what I have on hand. I love saving time and money by shopping my own freezer and pantry! Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday – Turkey, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole and mushrooms
Tuesday – Veal Parmigiana patties, buttered noodles, steamed veggies
Wednesday – Chicken and broccoli served with a side of rice
Thursday – Baked Parmesan Pork Chops (one thing I do differently with mine is that I lightly sprinkle all of the chops with Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning on both sides, place on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and and marinade in fridge all day or overnight – then when ready, I proceed with the linked recipe) served with au gratin potatoes and steamed veggies
Friday – Choice of baked Buffalo or BBQ boneless wings, baked french fries and steamed veggies
