We are cooking from the freezer and pantry again this week! Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday – Garlic Chicken, pasta and veggies
Tuesday – London broil with a packet of onion soup mix and can of Diet Coke in the slow cooker, cooked all day, shredded and served on a hamburger bun with sharp provolone cheese
Wednesday – Shepherds Pie
Thursday – Sesame Chicken (using a Campbell’s Skillet Sauce) served with rice and steamed veggies
Friday – Pizza
