As you probably have noticed, I skipped my menu plan the past few weeks. With so many commitments and the holiday hustle and bustle, we spent more days eating at parties and holiday functions then we did at home. Fast forward to this month and it’s time to get back on schedule and back to planning! The beginning of the New Year always reminds me to keep a watch of my diet and to get back on track with a healthy eating plan. I have started tracking my food again on My Fitness Pal app and I’m hoping to burn off some of the damage I did over the holidays! Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday – Pizza
Tuesday – Pork roast and sauerkraut in the slow cooker served with Healthy Harvest Egg Noodles and steamed veggies
Wednesday – Saucy London Broil in the slow cooker served with rice and steamed veggies
Thursday – Baked Turkey Kielbasa, pierogies, steamed veggies
Friday – Leftovers
