As we wind up the last few days of January, I have to say that I am so proud of myself for sticking to my meal plan since the beginning of the year! My husband recently rejoined Weight Watchers so it’s been really nice having the whole family on board with healthy choices! Here is what we have planned this week:
Sunday – Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken (saw this one in a video floating around on Facebook) – it was so yummy! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and served it with a side of broccoli.
Monday – Crazy Monday calls for something quick with little prep so I am swinging through Swiss Farms to pick up some of their heat and serve entrees and sides from their Fresh Prepared Menu. I’ll be posting a review soon so be sure to stop back to see how we liked them! {sponsored}
Tuesday – Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers in the Slow Cooker served with brown rice ( I’ll add a little extra chopped veggies to mine and my husband’s pepper and I’ll make a side of veggies for the kids since they usually do not eat their peppers.
Wednesday – Baked Lemon Chicken, Healthy Harvest Egg Noodles, steamed veggies
Thursday – Turkey Kielbasa with beer and sauerkraut in the slow cooker served with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies
Friday – Pizza
