Ran to the grocery store mid week last week and packed my cart with enough meat for the next two weeks. creating meals based on what I already have on hand. I love that the first 3 meals of the week should have a fair amount of leftovers which will cover Thursday’s dinner this week as well. Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday – Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, steamed cauliflower
Tuesday – Salisbury Steaks with french onion gravy, garlic and olive oil couscous, steamed peas
Wednesday – Chicken marinaded in Asian Style Sweet Chili Marinade (one of GIANT Food Store’s HOT inspired limited creations), garlic and herb potatoes, steamed veggies (AD)
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Pizza for the kids, Salads for hubby and me
