The kids have a ton of commitments around dinner time early this week so I am planning some quick and easy sanity savers to keep us on schedule without feeling too overwhelmed. It’s also Lent now so I have to remember to keep Fridays meat free! Here is what is on our menu:
Monday – Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes on hamburger buns served with a homemade broccoli slaw on the side
Tuesday – Turkey Hot Dogs on hot dog buns and served with baked French fries and baby carrots and dip
Wednesday – Chick-Fil-A Drive Thru
Thursday – Chicken Marsala, sour cream and chives potatoes, steamed veggies
Friday – Pizza for the kids, fish with a side of veggies for hubby and me
