Did anyone else let the Easter holiday get the best of you?  I feel like I am dragging my feet this week!  I did spend 3 days in New Orleans last week with my husband and I have to say – it was by far one of the most fun cities I have visited yet!  Oh –  and the food is out of this world!  That may be some of the best food I have ever eaten!  The food was consistently delicious in every single restaurant we visited!  All I can say is that I am so very grateful for the experience and that there is nothing quite like a warm beignet and frozen coffee at Café du Monde!

We spend Easter brunch at Drexelbrook and once again it was an amazing experience from start to finish.  This is by far the best Easter brunch experience we have had in Delaware County and we we keep coming back because it is always perfect!  The food is excellent, service is excellent, it is spacious, they have an easter egg hunt for the kids with the Easter Bunny and they even offer complimentary family pictures.  It is just lovely and I cannot recommend it enough.  Sending out a big kudos to Drexelbrook for an awesome job once again this year!

This week we are back to menu planning. We are on a freezer and pantry clean out this week to save some money and help prevent wasting what we already have on hand.  I made a quick trip to the store for some fresh items. Here is what is on our menu:

Monday – Everybody is having something different from the freezer tonight

Tuesday – Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti with clams and mussels

Wednesday – Sloppy Joes with a side of Homemade Broccoli Slaw

Thursday – Tilapia, Rice, steamed veggies

Friday – Chick Fil A to go (My Son has a jazz band concert)

I’m linking this up at I’m an Organizing Junkie
